Pamela Poynter

Pamela Poynter practiced psychiatric social work for 11 years before receiving her J.D. For over 20 years, Pam has practiced law with a focus on advocating for low-income individuals and families.
She is recognized for her facilitation skills and expertise in domestic violence, child abduction and mental health law. She regularly speaks to professionals on how to form multi-disciplinary collaborations to address the needs of low-income individuals and communities.

Pam also teaches psychology, research and writing, sociology and communication courses at the University of Phoenix at Chicago on-ground campuses.


Pam is a Beatles fan
