| Steve Merican
has been a practicing litigator for 25 years. As a partner in a
large national firm, and for the last 71/2 years a solo
practitioner, Steve has been to both sides of the practice
mountain. He has been a
buyer, and now through Trialology, a seller of jury focus groups
and mock trial services.
Steve has spoken and lectured to
bar associations, trade groups, and the general public on a
variety of issues - ranging from appellate and tort issues to
modern billing and fees questions to political and social
problems.
He is recognized for taking tough
political and constitutional cases in state and federal courts. |
